The entire day I worked in the usual over air conditioned office space I felt comfortable and not sweaty. Then it kept me just as warm when riding my bike. The waist band is a little bulky, so I advise a relaxed fit top. NO SHRINKAGE in a COLD WATER machine wash, and it was dry the next day after I hung it over a hanger. A good product at a very good price.
